The Intangible Framework

Ideate, Inquire, Incubate, and Implement

Grounded in recent discoveries from neuroscience, education, and psychology, the Intangible Framework proposes we divide our time and efforts into four distinctly human mindsets: inquire, ideate, incubate, and implement.

Each mindset is an integral aspect of the framework, and by intentionally devoting portions of your time to each mindset in a structured way, you can increase your natural creativity, become more effective in your practice, and instill your efforts with an intrinsically motivated sense of purpose.

The Intangible Framework is a simple means to bring people together, host events, curate workshops, shift organizational culture, and create immersive experiences. The Intangible Framework was developed by Corey Pressman, Angela Espersen, Courtney Gates, and myself.
